Very poor after sales service by Eugene (0716712831) from Xpanda in Pinetown. Not at all interested in supporting an older Xpanda product.
Is it my only my perception or do the Nedbank call centre operators 'drop the call' when they encounter a challenging request. This happened 3 times in the last 24 hours. No call backs and no reference numbers emailed.
Nedbank Business banking has introduced onerous requirements requiring a decalration to be completed by the account holder for any minor changes that the account holder wishes to implement. Examples include daily payment limit changes, password resets etc etc. As far as I am aware business banking is far simpler, better and faster with Standard Bank.
MWeb has been unable to address a service related issue despite logging the fault online and attempting to query telephonically multiple times. This has effectively resulted in fraudulent billing by MWeb for service not provided.
A simple issue of changing contact details and correcting account details has resulted in 3 months of frustration, at least 50 emails and still no closer to resolution. The customer service level from Sanlam is truly disappointing!
Upon my first use of Xpress Online Couriers there have been multiple issues as follows: 1) The requested uplift date has been missed 2) XOC requests proof of invoice for insurance purposes resulting in further delays - the insurance enquiries are conducted telephonically and not email resulting in the age old story 'I tried to contact you but no response'
I have recently purchased approximately R 50K worth of water filtration equipment from Ecodepot. The equipment was found to be of high quality, very competitively priced and delivered within an acceptable period of time. Some opportunity presents in terms of communication and feedback from some staff during the procurement process but after dealing directly with the MD and founder, Barry, in terms of technical and overall support, I am comfortable to recommend Ecodepot as a supplier. Cell C does not notify clients within a period of 40 days prior to the end of a contract as per CPA requirements. This has been confirmed by Cell C Pavilion that provides a ‘courtesy notification’ a couple of days prior to contract expiry.
