These attorneys have put a default on my ITC and I dont know what its for. The least they could have done is contacted me for payment but nothing. My husband died last year and i need to sort out his bills. The ref no on Transunion is 5017321. Gina Moyo
I bought couches from Rochester clearwater mall. First they delivered wrong ones. I let it go. They delivered a new set which was also not properly made so they had to take the back. Third time I was really at my last nerve and th err y delivered but the two seater couches has defects at the back. I have reported this over and over again. If Rochester cant give me a new proper couches they must give my money back. I'm so hecticly tired. The service I'm receiving is really unfair and unprofessional. Gina Moyo
I previously had a huge problem with Hollard regarding a claim but they have since resolved it. I walked into their offices in Parktown and all stuff members were extremely helpful. Thank you for your help. Gina Moyo
After numerous attempts I still have not had any positive feedback from them a computerized message was sent just to save their image but I have not had any luck we with them since I wrote to hello Peter
I am really so disappointed in how Hollard is handling this claim for my husband's funeral plan. I know its during lockdown but the unprofessional handling of this issue will lead me back into a coma. I have no food in the house. My kids fees are not paid. My husband left a lifestyle protection plan and to date am not receiving any luck from you guys . It's very stressful and am in tears constantly. I'm in the process of acquiring your CEO Saks details and I will narrate everything to him. Just put yourself in a situation where you lose a loved one whose not Ill and within one hour 30 minutes they are gone and this was our everything. Today we have no food because Hollard feels they can just take their time with claims. Some person called Glen called me to say everything is finalized I just need to send in the form. To date no one has come back to me. It's no wonder people resort to suicide because insurance companies are ripping them off. Gina Moyo
Good day. Please note that I'm sending this letter with great anger and disappointment to Hollard Financial services. My late husband had few insurance policies with his Edgar's account. All will be attached. He paid his accounts prior to his death. After dying, I , his wife, put in a claim for his funeral policy. We submitted and filled out all the docs required. We were then sent an sms to my husband's number as below. The disrespect comes as a result of them sending an sms to a deceased person when forms were filled out with the correct claimant details. How on earth to you pay a dead person's account for a policy he held. Secondly they said the money would be paid into his account within two to three days..surprisingly my late husband's account statement came through and no money has been deposited. I am tired of making phone calls. Writing emails. I just need to send this matter to the ombudsman and helopeter . I think it's about time people with saddening losses of loved ones is taken seriously. My husband died in June and to date no joy. I'm at the crux of breaking down mentally. Gina Moyo
