When dealing with Vodacom customer service about getting a charge on my bill corrected (that I was told by a technician I would not be charged for) they stated an investigation would need to occur to see about refunding the amount and that I would be contacted in 7-10 days about the outcome. I waited 10 days and no one had reached out to me so I decided to contact them again. I ended up being redirected and redirected separate representatives, all of whom did not seem to know the entirety of the situation or bother looking into it further. My problem is now resolved. I cancelled all my contracts and moved to MTN
My Otto Bach piano was transported by a piano company in Pretoria. It was badly damaged and they damaged my door and wall. The transport Guys was arrogant. I called the owner of the company to see what they can do to fix it. The owner was day and night different from the Bible peaching person who originally tuned my piano. He was so rude and not Christian like at all. I found a different piano company on Facebook WS Pianos and Werner came to quote me for the repairs. Collection day was extremely sufficient and planned. Naomi and 3 guys picked up the piano swiftly and not one extra mark or bump. My piano was painted and repaired in a High Gloss black. The delivery day a schedule was sent to me and my piano was delivered. Again not a mark or a scratch to my house, door or piano. Now it looks like I have a new modern piano. WS Pianos seriously knowns what they are doing. Don’t call anyone else only them.
