Your assessors are not up to parr.
When you appoint an assesor for a fire claim, who comes out and tells you to get quotes. Quotes emailed mid February, he phones me today, 11 March, to ask about the fencing types and says mostly wooden poles, does he not refer back to his photos? He is going to phone his biddy now for fence prices and delivery to my premises. WTH Nedbank, do you screen your assessors? Tebogo has been nagging him for weeks for the report, always gets told tomorrow. HE IS ONLY LOOKING AT THE QUOTES TODAY. Prices have increased since the quotes were prepared, who must foot all the extra charges?

Guardrisk and ****** Atorneys
After having had a truck belonging to Wolff Logistics, insured by Guardrisk collide into the back of my bakkie while stationery on a public road behind two other vehicles which were also stationery, causing a multi vehicle accident, it is now five days short of five months later and there is still nothing happening with the repair of my vehicle. ****** Attorneys were appointed to deal with this case, which, after two months in mid January after opening up again, still had no instruction from Guardrisk to go ahead with the case. Then the person who was appointed to deal with the case at ******, left the company and nobody could get any info off his computer as he had a password on it, so we had to start all over again. Then the new lady appointed emailed to say it normally takes 14 days to compare the quotes with the photos emailed to be able to make an offer to me of the value they are willing to pay. Well, to date nothing has transpired of the offer. One division of the business had to shut down and one person was retrenched as there was no income from that side to pay his wages. HOW IS THIS RIGHT? An INSURANCE COMPANY and ATTORNEYS can destroy people's lives with no guilt, it is absolutely sickening. We have lost income daily for almost five months due to this!!!!! THERE SHOULD BE A LAW AGAINST THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOUR!!!!

USELESS
After 10 months of trying to get the municipality to correct our rates and taxes account absolutely nothing has been done. They do not respond to emails, neither do they answer their phone. I will not pay the account which shows details of property being 1000 times bigger than mine and totally different address appears on the invoices.
