I have serious concern with the level of unprofessional conduct by the staff at SAPC. My application 430357 - Leslie Medical Pharmacy (Y60955) is taking forever and only at a stage where they just need to issue a GPP compliance. I had to do multiple follow ups before they gave me feedback on shortcomings. Now it is forever since the application just needs to be approved(for GPP compliance). Sarah Nyama is of no help at all as she is effortlessly responding “the application is sitting with the manager for approval, I will make follow up” in the past two months and every time I do a follow up she copies and paste the previous response. This is so unacceptable and I need assistance.
Hellopeter I am am extremely unhappy with the experience I had with Hollywood bets. My brother, Wezile Swelindawo, played multiple bets in the previous day and the days before that, yesterday(17/02/2021) morning he logs into the hollywoodbets online account(Acc No:1560730) and discover that he won R3 041 520.00 as reflected on his account. He then takes a screenshot on his phone and shares with his family(screenshot available as evidence), all joy in everyone to discover that our brother won over 3 million rands. He then transfered the money to his bank account from hollywoodbets account and as usual he waits 24hours for it to reflect in his account. Later during the day he discovers that his hollywood account again has grown to R2750 post the transfer, we further celebrate with excitement. In the morning we go to Nedbank branch in Ermelo(his bank account) to enquire about the money that still has not reflected in the account. Only to get the news that there is no money of such awaiting to be in his account. We further go to the Hollywoodbets branch in Ermelo, Mpumalanga and received a response that the money was mistakenly allocated to him and was withdrawn, what the heck is that? When we further investigate in his hollywoodbets account online, all his messages are cleared on his hollywoodbets messaging and all tracks related to his 3 million rands were cleared. Perfect IT related daylight robbery. Because people usually win and do not check their accounts, hollywoodbets will clear their history and transfer the money back to their own sites. Totally unacceptable and must be exposed!!! My brother is currently affected psychologically, the doctor confirms, as a result of an obvious looting from hollywoodbets. Right now my brother is not fit to work and might further have to accept unpaid leave, and all of us in the family are feeling as though something just died inside ourselves. Hollywoodbets is a shame!!! The game they are playing with people's lives to dishonor their psychological and emotional well being, is a serious offense. We deserve better than this.
Good day Clicks management. I write this post here with great anger and frustration over the treatment we received from your store today(21/09/2020) at Clicks Sterkspruit (Eastern Cape). I sent my child to buy two bandages and gave him R25, he got to the till to realize that the money is not enough and called me. I advise that he buy one instead, and he did. The teller for some reason puts the second bandage inside the bag and my child leaves the store only to be stopped by the security guard, who despite his(my child) explanation, calls him a thief, threatening him saying that he must pay for the other bandage. My child was held hostage(for more than 15 minutes) in public and embarrassed for your mistake. I had to rush to the clicks store to rescue my child. I found him there with the security guard and the "manager". I ask why my child is held hostage, I hear mumbles and I called the teller to explain and he agreed to his mistake and that's when we left. It is really sickening to have clicks put their shop to service our people but all what you see in us is thieves. Had I not arrived, what would have happened to my child? He is to this time still traumatized by the treatment he received. This is sickening, unprofessional and unethical to the human race!!!!!!
