My order is stuck with their delivery service called "Buffalo", they never came here and their phone number does not work. When I write emails they write back in broken English that they could not phone me, so they want a second delivery fee (without stating how high it is and how to pay for it). They were never here and now no one is answering. Deals Daily customer service tells me that it is my fault, so I must pay them, they refuse to refund or resend.
I asked for a fan cleaning and now I have a broken laptop. I thought it would be done in an hour, but it took for hours (charged by the hour) and now the keyboard and battery don't work anymore. I asked him to come back and fix that first before I pay and the answer was "Pay first, then I come to fix". I insisted that he comes first and he stopped replying. Clearly he knew what he did. I asked Dial a Nerd to come and check and they had the laptop open and closed within one hour, but they could not fix the problems, but they found some broken pieces inside.
Stay away! It's very expensive and for us it did not work. They had to come back and could not get any of the parts they treated watertight. Now they are not picking up their phones or responding to their emails. A LOT of money wasterd
