We went to Tsetsikama Sanparks Storms River Mouth for our wedding anniversary. Booked in advance to confirm the booking. Arrived at our chalet which i must remind you was not cheap. 1.The kitchen cupboards were filthy dirty and had not been cleaned 2.Impossible to open the dustbin as drawer was so stiff it would have been pulled off the cupboard hinges. 3.Veranda light not working. 4.The braai grid has never been cleaned and should be disposed of. I wrote to the manager who just brushed it off as maybe these items had just been overlooked. I then wrote to the head office who gave me a case number CAS462300-P3H9CP. I was also assured that one of their representatives would respond within 24 hours. I have never heard from them and still waiting one month later. Shocking service from an upstanding establishment such as this. I feel sorry for the tourists who visit our s****s and spend their had earned money! Dissapointed and annoyed.
Paid for a subwoofer 1.5 months ago.Size was too bulky and sent it back. I have been waiting for my refund for 1 month. I have spoken to Robinson at least 15 times with zero help or call back. Service shocking and would not recommend anyone dealing with them.
I paid 1 year in advance for my membership.I informed the front desk that i had paid this money over to them via eft.I also informed them not to take a monthly debit order off my account as i was in credit. The next thing on the 25th low and behold a monthly deduction comes off my account. I called their head office and explained what had been done and i was told i would have to wait 15 working days for my funds to be returned to me. The funds incidentally were allocated to PLANET FITNESS POTCHEFSTROOM. I have a membership in GEORGE. This error was made by them and i must suffer the consequences !
