COVID-19 requirements not being adhered to.

Visited Rhapsodys Centurion this morning. Noticed that only certain customers' temperatures were taken, hands sanitised and entrance form completed. When I questioned the waiter about it, the reply was 'I don't know why'. Furthermore, service was extremely poor while the restaurant was not busy at all. Very disappointing.
