COVID-19 requirements not being adhered to.
Visited Rhapsodys Centurion this morning. Noticed that only certain customers' temperatures were taken, hands sanitised and entrance form completed. When I questioned the waiter about it, the reply was 'I don't know why'. Furthermore, service was extremely poor while the restaurant was not busy at all. Very disappointing.

Once again thank you to Riaan who always goes out of his way to check on us and make sure everything runs smoothly whenever we eat here. He can show many other restaurant mangers how it should be done and how to make sure customers enjoy their visits. Keep up the smiles and great work Riaan!

Manager failed to take drink order
I went to Rhapsody's centurion with my boyfriend for breakfast it was his first time to visit Pretoria as one of the managers came to check on us we gave him our drink order which he failed to understand until our waiter came to clear our table that's when we managed to get our drinks.. we were shocked with my boyfriend that a manager failed to understand a drink order of just vodka n juice we just thought in our minds that this was the reason why the shop was empty such a fine mid-afternoon . please improve your management service....
