I lodged a claim with Ooba Insurance on 02 June 2022. Its now 20 days later, no sign of a service provider, no feedback on the claim, no response to emails. When I call, I'm told Musa Rooi from Brolink will call me back. All they do best is to debit my account. It's been 10 years of payments, and boom - they can't even assist with a claim? WOW!
Just wanna appreciate the service I received from Mbali Zwane. What a proffesional. Calm and dedicated to her work. It was such a pleasure dealing with her. Absa iDirect, this lady is a gem. Thank you for doing your work with such passion Mbali.
Worst customer service ever. I ordered and paid upfront for 3 dresses &1 shirt between 22 Feb & 26 March 2020. I understand they couldn't deliver due to lockdown. They promised delivery in level 3, till today, no delivery. Sad part is they ignore all emails, whatzapp, sms's & telephone calls. I have asked a million times now, no response. Can they atleast refund if they can't deliver.
On sunday 14 July I went to Rochester mall@Reds in Centurion. I was attracted by a plasma stand priced at R2 599. When i was paying for it, I was informed the plasma stand was actually R3 695 and therefor they couldn't sell it to me for the price placed on the item. I requested to speak to the store manager. I was then told he was not available. The sales person,Keleabetswe then contacted him and he promised to resolve the issue by Monday 15 July. On 15 July he called to say the price was incorrect on the item, and that I can only buy it at system price.I told him I saw the price at R2 599, and that's what I am willing to pay.He said its beyond his authorisation level, therefor he cannot assist me. On the same day I contacted Rochester head office and was promised to be contacted within 8 hours. I called again yesterday and today, as no one has contacted me. It seems like no one is really interested in assisting me on this matter.
Telkom debited my account with R14 521.90 on 30 November 2018, which I know nothing about since I don't have a single account with them. On 15 December 2018 they debited another amount of R16 549.90. On 25 January 2019, R18 870 .60 was debited again. 15 February 2019, another debit order for R20 808.60 I keep on asking my banker to reverse these unauthorised debits. This is such an inconvenience as I can't use the money I worked hard for. It takes few days for the money to be returned into my account. I'm worried one day my full salary will be taken by this Telkom and all my debit orders will be returned due to no funds in the account. Can Telkom please stop with this.
On Friday 26 October 2018 I called FNB Life to get a quotation on possible cover increases on my current funeral plan. After explaining my story to the consultant, I asked her to give me 2 quotations on 2 different cover amounts. She told me that the first cover she worked on, has been accepted by the system and I am now forced to take that cover. I explained once more that I only needed a quotation and that I won't be able to afford the new premium she gave me.She then put me on hold for about 10 minutes, I gave up and put down the phone. Today, 30 October I have received a letter from FNB life with the new cover amounts and instalment I never agreed to, even including a new policy number altogether. Their lines have been busy since 8. Why am I forced to take something I do not want? Is this proper customer service?
I bought a Kia Sportadge from InspectaCar Lifestyle in Centurion in Feb 2015. On 27 Feb 2018 the police impounded (took the car from me) as it was a stolen vehicle they have been looking for since 2014. I contacted the dealer sales manager Imy, who has given me the runaround till today. He has ignored countless e-mails sent to him, I got his cell no - he ignores my calls too. I escalated to Head office (Wesbank) , Phillipa tried to intervene, but nothing happened. I paid 36 months in instalments for this car, was left with 2 years to pay it off & own it debt free. Today I have no car, no refund, no explanation, even after I have sent many e-mails stating I stay in Centurion & work in Johannesburg , I need the car to get to work and to get my 3 kids to different schools. Instead they ran to my financing bank, got the settlement for the remaining 2 years, paid it off yesterday- BOOM. End of story. What about the 36 months I paid? Down the drain? Customer service is ZERO , HELL, PATHETIC at this dealership.

We bought a concrete washthrough at Builders warehouse Lifestyle- Centutrion on Thursday 30 March 2017. They delivered the item the next day with no stands (legs). They promised to come back the very next day to deliver the stands. We have been calling them daily to ask for delivery, and no one seems to care. I just escalated the matter to Building material manager and that didnt help either. The contractor has been waiting for the item so he can complete the job.

The store manager not available. No one to handle this query any further. Really frustrated.

Thanks guys for making my babyshower a day to remember, it was this past Saturday 13 August.

Your service is absolutely outstanding and you really know how to take care of your customers. Keep up the good work.

Forgot the waiter's name - but he was an absolute gentleman, and the rest of the staff was just welcoming!

Every time I visit Game stores Mall @ Redds, I regret why I go there in the first place.

2 weeks ago I spent over an hour just waiting to be assisted, and this is happening for the second time.

Firstly I went to the cellphone counter, they guy said he couldn't help me because he was alone on the floor with no back-up. Is it really a good reason to turn customers away? And he was just full of attitude on top of that.

Then my next stop was at Nappies section - they had a special, no stock on the shelves, no assistance. Got the person to be paged, and 30 minutes later never pitched.

The last time I tried to complain to the store manager called Mark - he didn't care at all.

So this clearly shows, the manager is happy with the sloppy, tortoise pace for his staff- nothing will ever change.
