Manager failed to take drink order

I went to Rhapsody's centurion with my boyfriend for breakfast it was his first time to visit Pretoria as one of the managers came to check on us we gave him our drink order which he failed to understand until our waiter came to clear our table that's when we managed to get our drinks.. we were shocked with my boyfriend that a manager failed to understand a drink order of just vodka n juice we just thought in our minds that this was the reason why the shop was empty such a fine mid-afternoon . please improve your management service....
