Once you have a contract with cell C, they ruin your credit record. I paid the Last extra charge R70 which I don't understand where it's coming from in Sept 2022 but until today I haven't received a settlement letter and it still appear on my credit record as arrears. I dislike Cell C because of that, if they don't respond on the review. I might as well report them to trans union because I want them to disappear from my credit record which is affecting my scoring.
I have just been scammed R800, And never received the product.worse comments are restricted, no contact details. I asked where to send POP and was told that a screenshot is sufficient . Please be careful they post everyday
I received R2000 on my banking account without any notification as a loan, I realize that when I went through my bank statement. I Googled finance 27 and found their contact details and called but no response, this was in 2020. Recently this month I called as it's appearing in my credit record as arrears to arrange for the payment or to obtain their banking details, I am told that the account has been handed over and I am given other contact details I also contacted them and I was also told that I have been handed over to others again. I this is happening without my ACKNOWLEDGEMENT with no any form of communication of the debt. I have requested to be forwarded email communications that they are claim that I was informed. At first the lady said we did not have your contacts therefore we could not reach you. All in all I did not apply for the loan and last thing I wanted was to make arrangement to pay the loan. Please anyone advise as the amount has increased because I have been handed over without even been informed. The reason I am raising this is because they don't even have complaints platform. Their service is very bad and fraudly. I have been waiting one of their agent to call, its taking forever.
I have had a bad service from Sleep masters. The threads on the mattress were coming loose, I reported the incident last year October 2019 and when I did a follow up it was closed on their system without replacing the mattress. I reported 3 times (I have 3 references from sleep masters all not resolved) , after reporting for the third time that's when they sent me the banking details to pay R600 for warranty which was July, I paid full amount but my mattress has not been replaced even today. I drove from my place in Mokopane (Relocated) to Gauteng Kempton Square to do a follow up since the store in my area could not assist me but no changes I am still waiting even today without feedback. Here is the first reference no. for the incident : SM-SLEE-20191029-0047. Very disappointed.
