Cannot deliver what I ordered
1/2 of my order was wrong, I cannot schedule a return till tomorrow untill the order shows as delivered

MFC Incompetence
I financed solar through you guys, when coming to claim the panels from sars, you guys cannot read the invoice and put it on the account. Due to the discrepancy found by sars they will not pay the +-R6k Now will you reimburse me that amount

Incorrect Invoicing and no after sales services
Sent you guys an email on having a mismatch from the invoice and the loan amount on my MFC account, been 5 business days and no reply. Tried phoning and after the voice the line goes dead. Please fix this asap and send me the correct invoice

No delivery with no contact
scheduled delivery driver never honked pr even called for delivery and just sent the package back, this has now happened twice. Stricter measures needs to be implemented

Horrible Service Delivery and attempted *******
Had a break in broad daylight, pressed the panic button. Response time was terrible, took over 10 minutes for a response vehicle to arrive. Went to go cancel my contract, they had the audacity to charge me full price of the remaining contract, and not the 40% of remaining contract. This company is worse that the so called ******* they suppose to catch. No vehicle patrolling during the day, just parked under a tree not providing any protection Sometime ******* are the service providers you least expect it from.
