I ordered multiple items from Tendaisy, for more than half of the items I received an email saying the item I ordered and already paid for is not in stock and I will be refunded. The refunded money is a lot less than the amount I paid. I already paid a large amount for shipping because of the large amount of clothes I ordered but now most of the clothes I am not receiving and I am still paying shipping for a big order and I am not getting a proper refund for the items not in stock. Nobody gets back to you regarding the orders. Its been a month now and the few items that they need to ship to me has still not been shipped even though it says on the app that orders get shipped out within 2 days. This business is not ethical, they don't let you know on the app when an item is not available, they allow you to order it and pay a big shipment amount and then later notify you it isn't available and you don't get a full refund. I live in South Africa. I have ordered from other similar clothing enterprises that were a lot better organized.
We recently visited Gold Reef City Theme Park for the first time in about 2 years. The quality of everything at the Park has gone down drastically. We were greeted by unfriendly staff members at the gate. Went on our first few rides, the staff working on the rides were even less friendly. Shouting and ordering people around not being friendly or welcoming at all. We decided to have lunch at Chip n Dip, the que was so long we waited 30mins in a que, once we got to the front the person putting the ships in the cone was wearing a mask but not over his nose, after scratching his nose he would put that same hand in the cone to open it up for the chips to go in. Meanwhile all over the park are tactical response vehicles driving around showing people how to properly wear their mask but the people serving the food are not adhering to the proper safety protocols. Gold Reef City used to be a fun experience for the whole family now it has an unfriendly atmosphere. You feel unsafe and unwelcome.
I do my weekly shopping at woolworths farrarmere every Sunday. I've recently been experiencing extremely long ques, terrible service from the staff working as cashiers and a general lazy and rude attitude. Today I went to do my shopping, not only was there only 4 tellers operating ( which should be unacceptable for a busy day like it was ) ,when I got to the teller the cashier did not greet or say anything to me she was too busy talking to the other lady employee standing by her teller , I stood there with my cards ready to swipe until she was done with her conversation, still she said nothing but prepared the machine for me to swipe my cards which I did then I proceeded to unpack my cart. She informed me that they were no longer selling plastic bags and that I should purchase a material bag to which I said no thank you (I had left my bags in the car so I would just pack the groceries in the bags once I got to my car) when I said no thanks she rolled her eyes at me. She rung up my groceries till the end but left my eggs to one side, then said my eggs had no barcode so I asked if I should go swap it out once again she rolled her eyes and ignored me and just sat there. After a few seconds she called to the lady who she was chatting to previously and she went and fetched other eggs. While I was paying and packing my groceries in my cart the other employee lady mentioned previously brought her trolley in behind me ,right up against my back and the lady then helped her before the whole que of customers standing in the que behind me. I'm very disappointed and disgusted at the service I had recieved and not only me but all the customers who were in the que behind me who had to wait even longer because the lady had pushed in. Woolworths should also notify their customers of the bag change because one week im there and I can purchase plastic bags and the next I cant, there is no consistency. Woolworths has completely dropped their standard for their employees. Your food is of great quality but your staff is of poor quality.
