Been battling to get my money back as I haven't been happy from the start. Each time I write a review, Aimx reports it as false and the review gets removed.
Aimx gets poor reviews removed from the sites. They report them as false. Beware of this company.
Amazing food and great value for money. The location is a complete bonus with superb views. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly to my family, my guests and I. Keep up the good work Pearlys team.
Do your homework and scrutinize the contract Aimx wants you to sign before signing up with them. If it is as good as they say it is, the offer will be there after you scrutinize the contract. Don't let them pressure you to sign on the spot. We were told that we could get a refund if we were not happy. I have been trying for 6 months to get my money back as I am not happy at all. And when I call the salesman and the office, no one answers the phone. In the contract it states that I am to get 6 months training. I only received 2 calls that lasted 30 minutes. Nothing thereafter. Yet Aimx is taking R440 off my account each month. During the 2nd call, the man asked me to go and write a review. This didn't sit well with me as I wasn't even close to completing my training session. I sent an email to the office asking for my money back immediately. But their contract ties you in. The guy training me lost on his first trade. And said during the training session that it is a chance you take. If you don't know much about the market, don't dive into this platform. Especially if you don't have money to through away. Their sales pitch is very good and they tell you about all their big wins. But they don't tell you that their losses are even bigger.
Don't be fooled by this company and their sales pitch. The salesman, Johan, sold us this wonderful idea based on lies and deceit. We were meant to receive 6 months of training when we signed the contract that Aimx is very quick to get you to fill out. Well, we received 2 calls from William, that lasted 30 minutes. Both calls had screaming kids in the background. The first trade that William showed us, he lost. He mentioned that trading is a chance and nothing is guaranteed. Even though they make their system sound like it will win all the time. After the 2nd call, William asked me to write a review. This raised red flags for me. How can I write a review if I haven't even come close to finishing my training? I immediately asked for a refund. As Johan told me I could get my momey back if I was not happy. Well, I have been trying ever since that first email to get my money back. I get nothing but excuses and it states this or that in the contract. These people are ****mers and minipulate people trying to better their lives and take full advantage of it. And still they keep taking R440 out of my account each and every month. If these people were doing so well financially, they wouldn't be a salesman or going out and ****ming other people out of their money.
I canceled my service with ADT over a month ago. We made sure to do so by putting it in writing. (21 August) We gave them a months notice as stated in the contract that we signed over 3 years ago. We canceled due to the lack of service from ADT. In fact there was zero service from them. Including times that I pressed my panic button and to tbis day no one pitched up. Anyways, I paid for September month upfront. (Paid the end of August) I got another deduction from ADT end of September. I called customer service. They were arguing with me stating that you pay at the end of the month for the service received. Clearly I was not born yesterday and know that you pay prior for the service that you are meant to receive for the upcoming month. The lovely customer service lady, Jodine, put the phone down on me while I was talking to her. Honestly, I don't know why I wasn't put through to the accounts department in the first place as the lady in the customer service department clearly has zero experience when it comes to accounts and how they work. ADT, you are the biggest thiefs. I wonder how many times you have done this to people who have canceled your services. I know of a few in my area. Shocking! Everything that you advertised is false. If anyone is looking for a security company to join, I would seriously think twice about joining ADT. They are such a large company and honestly do not care about their clients at all. They just want to take your money!
