Absolutely appalling service. I have been trying to close my account since early December, I've been to the store which I then was told I should call customer services. I got home, called them (not a toll free call by the way) I was told my account is now deactivated. Great, I was pleased and ended the call. About a week or 2 ago I received a statement from them, which obviously made my blood boil.. I mailed them asking for feedback, all I got back was "please call the customer services line" again I had to use my personal airtime to deal with complete incompetence. I was told again, your account is now closed. What do I do next month if this account has still not been closed?
For a very well established entity, I have to say you don't do your due diligence as one would expect from such a "well established" institution. How can we as consumers trust your company with our transfers when you don't even do a background check on companies that's using your services? I mean I didn't have to do much research on a company called Adoncast digital to find out that they are a bunch of thieves. How did your company not flag them? Why are they not blacklisted from your data base?
Absolutely disgraceful how people just find it so easy to steal from honest, desperate people looking for employment. Especially in the times we find ourselves in right now. What ever you do, do not fall victim to this elaborate scam! I wish I had gone with my gut instinct but the fake reviews they have on social media platforms are just that, fake!
