Great service
I have ordered online from both scalliwags and their sister store and both times i had exceptional service my parcels were sent out within two days and my items were good value for money. Thank you to Janine for keeping up communication while I waited for my parcel.

Excellent online shopping experience
Exceptional customer service all my queries were answered via email in minutes. Package was delivered in 3 days and all items were amazing quality. Will definitely order again.

SCAM
This company is a scam! After placing an order on the 15th of August I tried to enquire about where my parcel was but got no response through email or phone call until I put up a comment on their website. My comment was immediately taken down and I got a phone call where Luan told me some lie about not having stock and having my email address written down incorrectly. After numerous attempts to follow up I eventually get a tracking number on the 17th of November with MDS where after a week of me chasing claimed they hadn’t been paid for shipping which I paid with my order. From then Luan told me more lies like “i will personally deliver your order to you” and asked for my bank details to do a refund which i still have not received. I do not believe the stock ever existed and just want a refund. So disappointed with this company.
