Paid for goods to the value of R3786 on 2021/03/20. I still have not received any goods or a refund. I have sent countless emails, phone calls, text messages and even lodged a complaint at consumer protection that was dismissed due to the company not engaging. Multiple promises of goods being sent were lies. Last update was a promise of a refund on 2021/09/22 that also led to nothing. I can do nothing legal wise due to the cost involved. This is criminal.

QPlus stole R3786 from me. I paid on 2021/03/20 and never received my order. Despite numerous emails and calls, he did not send my order or refund me. I lodged a complaint at consumer protection, but he refused to correspond with them and the case was therefore dismissed. I am now exploring criminal charges with my lawyer. Please be advised and do not do business with QPlus.

It's a shame you cannot rate a 0. Dealing with the director of Qplus: Luan Schultz has been nothing short of a nightmare. He is a complete scam artist and quite simply the slimiest character I have come across in the business world in the past 10 years. The only purpose of this review is to WARN other businesses and suppliers against dealing with Luan and LGBTQ Plus. We made the mistake of not taking payment for stock we delivered to him in September 2020 and as I write this today he still has not paid us for this stock and cannot return it as he claims it has been lost. It is 310 days later... The fact that he still owes our business ~R27k is inconsequential compared to the absolute nightmare it is dealing with Luan. He is a perpetual liar and fraud. Please be extremely cautious when dealing with him and make sure to safeguard yourself if you do decide to take on this absolutely awful human. Josh Granadilla Swim

I ordered for the first time two weeks ago as a new member on the site. Delivery was a bit slow but I got my parcel this morning and just want to say thank you for the service and the quality of the underwear and swimwear in great. Easy order process and great packaging. Will order on pay day again!

have had a really bad experience dealing with this company and would advise anyone to avoid using them for any service. I purchased a TV via their website and paid by Credit card via Payfast 8 September 2020. I received confirmation e-mail that the order would be processed. I waited 2 days before requesting an update via the 2 available communication channels i.e. Whatsapp and e-mail. I was informed that my order was in progress and they were waiting stock from the warehouse. Fast forward a few weeks - Refund requested on the 5th October and received e-mail that refund will be processed. Today still no refund received and confirmed by Payfast no Refund request was sent to them by Merchant. I requested proof from the merchant that refund request was sent to Payfast , None provided.
