I have had a really bad experience dealing with this company and would advise anyone using them any service.
I purchased a TV via their website and paid by Credit card via Payfast 8 September 2020. I received confirmation e-mail that the order would be processed. I waited 2 days before requesting an update via the 2 available communication channels i.e. Whatsapp and e-mail. I was informed that my order was in progress and they were waiting stock from the warehouse. Fast forward a few weeks - Refund requested on the 5th October and received e-mail that refund will be processed. Today still no refund received and confirmed by Payfast no Refund request was sent to them by Merchant. I requested proof from the merchant that refund request was sent to Payfast , None provided.
