have had a really bad experience dealing with this company and would advise anyone to avoid using them for any service. I purchased a TV via their website and paid by Credit card via Payfast 8 September 2020. I received confirmation e-mail that the order would be processed. I waited 2 days before requesting an update via the 2 available communication channels i.e. Whatsapp and e-mail. I was informed that my order was in progress and they were waiting stock from the warehouse. Fast forward a few weeks - Refund requested on the 5th October and received e-mail that refund will be processed. Today still no refund received and confirmed by Payfast no Refund request was sent to them by Merchant. I requested proof from the merchant that refund request was sent to Payfast , None provided.

I have written a review previously about this company but apparently my review was removed due derogatory language . I think that Q plus has failed to live up to their own promises on their website with regards to the refund policy. I have requested count less times to confirmation but all i get is an e-mail to say they are still checking with no proper explanation or any way forward.
I placed an order with Qplus last year in August and the service that have received is pathetic for 3 months all i got was a run around. I then requested a refund and got e-mails verifying that it i will be reimbursed but till today no funds have been returned. Luan or Daniel are lying every time they sent me a mail and now there has been no response since December.
