Excellent selling technique
I took out a policy and after my decision to cancel the policy due to affordability I received a call from Juanita at Platinum life, she was so understanding and she never gave up on me trying to cancel my policy but instead she offered me a better deal which was more affordable and explained that I could always upgrade at a later stage. Now that is excellent selling technique. Thank you Juanita
