Fradulent employees
I am very upset and dissapointed regarding the supposed job that the company placed online. I had to pay a placement fee as well as a fee to check police clearance. The person I dealt with a guy named Shawn, he had told me my commencement date would be the 2nd of November, he later said it had been moved to 9-16th November and still Shawn is saying it has been moved. It is very concerning that employees in the organization are conducting their own fradulent activity and the company has not become aware of this. I am unemployed and paid the fees with a hope of getting the job. The address of the company is 8 Hill Street, Metropolitan building, block b, second floor. Please may you assist with this matter immediately or my next step would have to inform the police about the company

Incompetence at Mafadi Property Management
Mafadi Property management is very unprofessional and incompetent when conducting business practice. The company allows certain tenants to make arrangements for payments where as some tenants are not favored and aren't allowed to make such agreements. The company illegally cuts of utilities which is illegal according to the Rental Housing Agreement and under current conditions, also illegal according to the disaster management act and is considered a criminal offence. Management do not even inform you about your lights being cut and credit agents as well as managers are very unprofessional. Credit controller by the name of Moses is very unprofessional, does not answer calls or reply to emails and simply cuts the call on you. Further action will be taken against the company and hopefully companies like this stop treating people like objects and more as humans.
