Easier to get water from a Rock than getting a Secondary Card !!!!!!
Oh my word, YOU SUCK!!!!, Trying to order a secondary card ! I might as well have gone outside with a sledgehammer and bashed a rock till I got water coming out of it !!!! It is now 10 days now trying to order a secondary card,1 call to the call centre and we back at the **** registration page. I am going to die of old age before Discovery Bank get anything right !!!!!

FNB Navigate Life-Renewal of Car License PATEHTIC SERVICE
Paid for 3 car licenses to be done, on the 27 Aug 2020. Start not to bad finally received 1 car license on the 18 Sept 2020. Since then NOTHING. Sent and email asking where are my other 2 licenses 3 days later get reply with copy of my new license for one of the cars. App has updated the licenses have been renewed for both cars, and it is 6 days later and still have not received anything from you. This was the first and last time I use this service. Emailed 3 days ago and still no reply from anyone. IT HAS BEEEN OVER A MONTH NOW, how do you get 1 done and delivered (last one to register) and the other 2 just disappear. Totally unprofessional ! It’s seems like they don’t care that I am a customer anymore, well by the end of the year they might get their wish! Communication is all that needed, not hiding head in sand thinking the problem will disappear ! I am getting impatient waiting for my disc to arrive.
