I have kittens and needed their food urgently as I forgot to order it earlier. I went on site and started with my order but was worried about the delivery being late, so I called the contact number to enquire about the delivery. I spoke to a friendly and helpful lady who was kind enough to check if they had the items I required. She also heard the concern in my voice and advised me to call her back with the order no. I placed the order and called back and gave her the order no. and she said she will let me know when I can expect delivery. It must be an hour later, I was called by her to let me know that my order was processed and packed for delivery the same day. She gave me approximate time of the delivery. This order was delivered to me as promised. I was impressed with the excellent customer service that I received - amazing
We had a problem with our garage door and needed some help urgently. Xtreme Doors advised they will come that afternoon and as promised - they did. The gentleman advised us of the problem and gave us the various options to resolve. I agreed to have them come in the following day to have this resolve. The following day - 30th November 2019 - they arrived and changed our garage door from manual to automatic. They replaced one wheel (the one that was damaged) and installed the battery and backup motor - they however did not have the box to cover these items and promised to return. I have called several times and requested them to come and sort but to date we have had no response. During winter - the motor stopped working completely - I called again and was promised that someone was definitely going to come and sort it out - winter is over and no one arrived yet. Also, I have emailed requesting to speak to the owner / manager and I got a call immediately from them to query what the problem was - but still no call. The warranty is only for a year and will be over soon - we do not have the problem resolved.
