I bought a jersey from them, I wanted to exchange it as it’s small but they don’t reply to emails even after purchased their return coupon. Their return/ exchange process is difficult. What’s worse is that the are no phone numbers were you can contact them.
I’m writing on behalf of my aunt who is 78 years old. My aunt closed her account. We drove all the way from the Eastern cape rural area to Bloemfontein loch Logan Edgar’s. They said she must call head office and she did and canceled her account. Now she has been getting statements that say she owes and on that statement it just says fees, it doesn’t even state what the fees are for. Edgar’s is ****ming elderly people. She can’t keep paying for an account that she canceled. This is financial abuse towards the elderly.

I am a customer that was suppose to receive their parcel last week. I didn’t Receive it this courier company claimed that they called me and there was no one at home. I called them at the offices in Bloemfontein and the lady there was very rude. I have never experienced such a bad service from a courier company. The worst part is them lying about delivery and claiming I’m home. I need that parcel for medical issues. My parcel is stuck in Bloemfontein now and was suppose to be delivered yesterday. I’m really tired of calling them. I just want my parcel
