DEFY TOP LOADER NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU PAY
Unfortunately a zero rating is not possible, but I will without a doubt give that. DEFY Aquawave washing machine, the biggest load of **** on the market. Does not spin, keeps resetting itself and wasting water and electricity because of that. Restarts the same cycle 4 times because it attempts to balance the load in the drum. One wash takes about 2 hours and then clothes must be hung on washing line, soaking wet with water dripping like a leaking tap. Only wasts water and electricity because of this unsuccesfull reset attemps. Do not buy this brand. Absolutely the worst machine I've ever owned. Only been using it for a week, but I will never buy this brand again. customer service was contacted, and the phone dropped in my ear. So even after sales service does not exist at DEFY. Never rely on DEFY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DEFY WASHING MACHINE IS ****
Defy Aquawave technology washing machine. the biggest piece of **** you can ever purchase. Bought it a few months ago but only unboxed it a week ago. Since that, we were not able to hang any piece of clothing on the washing line that was spun during the spinning cycle. It keeps attempting to correct itself by filling itself, draining all the water, refilling again, draining again etc etc. and then ultimatly displaying an errer forcing you to remove soking wet clothing from the machine for hanging it, dripping from the washing line. This is just adding an hour plus to every washing cycle and wasting water and electricity. Calling customer care is also a waste of time. They just keep dropping the phone in your ear. almost 20 minutes later and its easier for them to just cut the call and hope you do not call again. Pathetic after sales service. Stay away from this BRAND. DEFY !!!! You can not rely on DEFY !!!!

Be careful. Scam scam scam. Quick to answer a call, but after refusal to have me collect from their warehouse in Mudrand, I requested company registration nr and VAT nr. Suddenly no reply from them. Be carefull of the pisitive reviews, very easy to review yourself as excellent

Excellent Service
Had the pleasure of dealing with Ruan Nel, a used vehicle salesman at Atterbury motors Pretorius. He went out of his way to ensure we received the very best service when purchasing a vehicle. The excellent service convinced me to purchase a second vehicle from him a few days later. I will highly recommend them for any vehicle purchases.
