Extremely bad service and bad attitude from Fitforce South Africa. I was looking forward to purchasing 2 products from Fitforce and i was given a number to whatsapp them. I was rudely directed to the web page for more info. Why give a customer your whatsapp number if you dont provide 1 on 1 enquires to help customers learn more about the product before purchasing. Many rude messages was sent to me and then deleted. I was blocked of whatsapp and my personal insta. I then used my business insta to comment on fitforce and i was blocked of there as well. The person managing the whatsapp chat for Fitforce needs to learn more about customer services. You need to be more passionate about the brand you represent. I am extremely disappointed in this brand that should be for women.
