I have been trying get a settlement value on a house in my deceased mother's estate. I have sent all documents they require and have not even had the courtesy of a reply in the last 2 weeks Matter ID 11537504. I find this shocking service for a bank that is supposed to be one of SA's top banks.
<div>We booked a place called “Beach house on Bux” originally through SafariNow.com, Sharon then said she couldn’t honour the price on SafariNow.com because they take too much commission. She then contacted us privately and said she could give us a better price if went direct. Stupidly we booked directly with her only to discover the place was in disgusting condition. There was black mould and damp on pretty much every wall, at the time my daughter was 18 months old and I could not expose her to black mould. The furniture was falling apart, covered in stains and filled with ****roaches. Cupboard doors were falling off, the tables were warped, even the floor was skew. The place also appears to be rather unsafe as they had to hire a security guard to sleep in the front veranda, something I felt very uncomfortable about. This was a clear case of misrepresentation, Sharon refused to refund us, she was rather rude and could not see our point of view. Shocking customer service. Stay away.</div>
