Excellent service
I previously bought the pool coating product, so I had no hesitation to shop again. Communication and advice is excellent. Good service. The order was fulfilled and delivered within 3 days.

HiFi Corp, no response to inferior quality inverter for weeks.
Last year July (2022) I bought an inverter from HiF online for delivery at my mother. This process was effective and the item was delivered quickly. The inverter worked quite well as expected. In Dec 2022 the inverter started to reduce significantly in back-up time. On 22 Jan 2023 I logged a call about the issue. On 24 Jan item was taken to a local HiFi Corp branch in PE. Then wait started. No communication from nobody. When you phone the Baywest branch, they freez-up and know nothing. Someone will always call you back, which never happens. I called the national help line. They "re-opened" the case. Still no action. I emailed HiFi, they replied to say they will contact PE. No further reply. I asked again this morning, 13 Feb, via email what's the status, no they offline. It's afternoon now and still no reply. Drezzco poor quality product and damaged
The product seems fake and was damage on delivery. What looked as damaged to my friend who ordered the item could have been a sign that this bottle was opened and fake fragrance was put in place. Some liquid spilled into the cologne box.

Happiness with Pool Solutions Epoxy Coatings
I emailed the business a few times with questions. I received quick responses with the required answers and attachments to guide me to understand the questions. The website is in fact so comprehensive that one should not ask questions, just read the info, but sometimes one is lazy and asking is easier! The product arrived by courier within 2 days after order and payment, in good order. The product application instructions was good and clear. My pool was not in a bad shape, just needed a renewal after I tiled the surrounding pool area. I did all the work myself. It was hard work, but rewarding. I am very happy with the end result. The pool looks great. I did the pool a month ago. I had a black granite pool before and chose the black epoxy coating. Love it. Thank you Pool Solutions Epoxy Coatings. . . . Oct 2020
