SHOCKING SERVICE- FNB
I reported a case of fraud yesterday, I understand there are processes and procedures that need to be carried out, I did lot of investigating myself yesterday, I have sent screenshots and possible fake FACEBOOK PROFILES, LOCATIONS AND BUSINESSES, I HAVE SENT THE INFORAMTION TO RB JACOBS ON THE VERIFIED FACEBOOK PAGE AS WELL AS TO THE SAPS EMAIL ADDRESS ADVERTISED ON THE FNB WEBSITE, I desperately need to find out if ANYONE HAS YET RECEIVED/RETRIEVED THIS INFORMATION AND HAVE THEY STARTED INVESTIGATING YET? The consultant Nomsa is apparently "not available on the lines at the moment" ACCORDING TO PHUMZILE SIBEKO, REFERENCE NUMBER FOR THIS CALL IS: Rc20100923805(this is the call to get a hold of NOMSA. THE CASE NUMBER IS: 20201209859 CAN SOMEONE CALL ME BACK TO LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE INFORMATION YOU REQUIRE TO INVESTIGATE?
