There is a guy Called Spenzer Who is in Charge of Centlec Storage for Centlec trucks at Bloemfontein Next To Clover,This Man is Using Municipality Storage For Hos own Personal Financial Gain He Charges The General public R300 To Store their Cars,Trucks and Taxis At The municipality Storage This needs to be sorted even some stolen cars we suspect they are stored in that warehouse
