Very Bad/Unpleasant Experience
FOTOTEC WATERCREST PRINTERS They are fraudsters these people made me pay extra money for what i dont even understand, and which they only explained after having printed and done copies, and holding my original documents, they told me they charge R5 for incoming emails/whats app to print documents, and printing/photocooies for A4 black and white is R2 per copy, which i agreed to before they had done, so all my money was supposed to be for 15 copies (7 printed and 8 photocopied) = R30 + R5 for incoming mail, but when i had finished i heard them telling me its R54, i asked for what, and started explaining things i dont even understand about we charge per hour, there is tym charged for doing individual copies, etc, which is what they are supposed to explain or have it written plainly in front for customers to make their own decesions. I eventually was told to pay R49, which still i dont agree to and dont even understand for what as my bill explained was supposed to be R35, they are fraudsters, and take advantage of people and i doubt this business has a proper management set up where you can send grievences as only the people in shop where so rude and unaffected by any customer complaint, this is not the first time they did this to me, the first time i thought its just a bad day, now i see its their system, never will i go there,

Problem Rectified.
Hallo, i am making these statement again to to clarify that our differences (Neuberg Global Labs and My Company LMS Elektrik) have been sorted out. They did explained eventually their side of story, protocols, through their HR Manager Mr Brian who gave me a call, we are eventually all sorted now.
