On 2 occasions I messaged Karl Christian Otten of Tyson Properties for a flat for rent in Killarney, Johannesburg. As he did not have the courtesy to respond, I called him directly. I told him that I am from Herm****, Western Cape and that I am interested in renting the R8 000 furnished flat that is still up for rent. Mr Otten told me that the flat had been rented. Private Property does not permit any ************** based on age, race, gender, et cetera. But apparently Tyson Properties does not adhere to these regulations. Has any other retired individual out there have this issue with Tyson Properties Rosebank. I would like to find a solution to such individuals who are not properly trained.
To make an informed decision, think just once on using Yutiliti for your Internet service provider. I use my new HP laptop to go on to Facebook, WhatsApp, and to watch Amazon Prime, Netflix, et cetera. I purchased the 50/50 mbps at R849 per month. Well, even at that price uploads, downloads, and just watching a show or two took quite a while to view. There are times when I need to reboot to even download photographs or .pdf documents. I was then told by the Herm**** office of Yutiliti that everything is functioning extremely slow because other flats have internet, and that the main culprit is because I use a VPN (Virtual Private Network). So, be aware of their promises and failures to come through with their services. One always wonders why South Africa is in a mess : High prices and poor quality.
