Bought a bicycle online for my son on 08 Jan 2026. Item was never send, according to the manager they never received the online funds. I SEND THEM PEOOF OF PAYMENT AND BANK STATEMENTS FROM THE BANK!! Phoned the bank and they confirmed Solomons received the funds!! Phoned them several times,and only empty promises!! Will open a ***** case and file a complaint at ombudsman. They are wasting unnecessary time and effort This is extremely poor service!!
matric service is extremely poor!!!!!!!! ill rate them minus 3. two of our units was not working,since installed two years ago!!! they only send a technician in jan. 2025. units was replaced,matrix was then supposed to refund me for the debit orders deducted all this time empty promises!!!!!!!!!!!
