Worst service
This has been by far the worst service I’ve experienced from Your Solar SA. I have all the WhatsApp messages and proof to back this up. I’ve been trying to get assistance since August, and only in January did someone finally come out. I was then promised a quote — which I still have not received. Since then, I’ve tried calling multiple times with no answer. At this point, I highly recommend avoiding this company. The level of service and follow-through has been extremely poor. If they reply saying this is not true I’ll post the photos. Edit as stated. They only tried to contact me cause I left a review. No inappropriate language was done injustice use an expression and in **** off. They now trying to tie it around I have posted all the proof. Als them to post their proof let’s see Attached are the photos from August. No swearing I asked them to leave me alone.

No service
It’s been well over 2 weeks now just to try and sign up. Call centre is absolutely no help as they say they can only send requests. Facial recognition keeps failing and you have to wait almost 24 hours and 100 phone calls just to get a new link for it to fail again. Not once have they requested my ID. One of the worst sign up application I have ever done online.

GBets stole my money
I won money on Friday night with crazy time using the casino g-bets. I won not a lot but R176 on coin flip (crazy time game) Once I had won the money was not given to me instead it just disappeared. I then contacted Gbets support witch was absolutely useless. It’s seem they deleted all my winning bets as they say I won nothing and that I’m a not saying the truth I then went over to evolution gaming support witch is (crazy time support). They said they can see everything what happend and they have confirmed that I did win and that my case was resolved and the casino knows about it. It’s now been 4 days the casino is still saying I never won anything. I have been back to crazy time support again they confirm was case was resolved I even have screenshots of everything from both supports. GBETs is a scam and by any moment you win and they not happy about it you will see your betting history just disappears and they say is a technical problem. Guys stay away from GBets. Rather use Betway or lotto star. GBeTS. You guys belong with the government you guy are corrupt and thieves. Let’s see gbets response before I start showing screen shots for everyone to read
