Cancellation letter
The first consultant was listening to me very good and attendant me very well and she transferred me to Thabang who was also very helpful and attendant and listened very attentive with respect, big up to Thabang , hope fully your account department will attend and send my letter soon,

Late estate pay out
The firm is *****, mr Sonkosi is forever not available , especially when he is supposed to send money, empty promises. Every week, his colleagues always will promise to tell him that we looking for him but we did not get any response,
