My inverter which is still within warranty was booked in by my installer at Sunsynk in Randburg on the 12th of January 2025. Up to now, on 14 February 2025, it's still not back. There is not even clear feedback on when i will get it back. As a result, i have had to spend more that R2000 in prepaid electricity. The after-sales support is so bad. Please consider this when deciding to purchase this brand. This
