Waiting more than a month for my Inverter to be repaired which is under warranty, just 8 months old. This is virtually a new product; it's not like it's EOL where you have to source parts so why do you say waiting for parts. You are more focused on selling than stocking up on spares

How long are we supposed to wait for feedback on a unit sent in for quote / repairs? My unit was delivered on the 13 November 2025 and to date no feedback has been received. I have emailed requesting an update on the unit and asking how long it will still take to get an answer but no reply.

Sunsynk hardware products have not given any issues, the same cannot be said about the sunsynk connect software, absolute garbage. Dont expect ot to send you alerts , it does not, it does not even give the proper detail a lot of the time.

I have bought a 8 kw sunsynk hybrid inverter 6 weeks ago. After 4 days it shut down with fault codes. The electrician came and remove it and took it back to the supplier he bought it from. After 6 weeks I still haven't received any feedback from sunsynk. Don't try to get information about your inverter on sunsynk customer service on app, it is better to communicate with a wall. They won't give you any information if you are not a registered supplier. I have bought this product, I have payed with my money for this defective product but they can't give me information about my inverter? Surely after 4 days sunsynk should have replaced the unit? The supplier contacted sunsynk and they only say it is on the bench and waiting for spares. Now we are sitting in the dark again but it is not sunsynk problem. I have been using the grid supply for 6 weeks now, who is going to refund me for use of eskom? Don't make the same mistake and waste your money on sunsynk just get a victron, at least they give their paying customers feedback and don't just ignore them.

Let this be a warning to all potential buyers. It seems your inverter WILL fail in the warranty period from what I see on the user groups. Then you will wait a very long time to have it repaired. Mine was collected by the installer on 17th July. I still don’t have it back. Warranty is only 5 years. Will probably fail again just after warranty expires.
