Waiting more than a month for my Inverter to be repaired which is under warranty, just 8 months old. This is virtually a new product; it's not like it's EOL where you have to source parts.

My Samsung Side by Side Fridge stopped working, called Samsung who then directed me to their service agents, a company called OEG Electric (they have no idea what customer service means). Although my fridge is under warranty I had to pay R420.00 for them to come have a look. Still on the subject of warranty they gave me a quote of R4200 to repair as the compressor had packed up. Showed them proof of warranty and still a week later I'm waiting for them to fix, they claim that Samsung (also have no idea what customer service means) is holding up the queue, they have not approved the new compressor. So does warranty mean that they do you a favour when they can, as it seems like there's NO urgency. Considering this is a fridge freezer all of my meat and veggies had to be tossed, do they even consider this? I look forward to their standard response, and what is that...'we have referred the matter to out complains department'
Told these people over a 100 times that they have the wrong person/wrong number and yet they keep sending me final demands. Are they F#$#$ useless or what? Many people have the same Surname F*kers, check the Firstname before sending SMS. The FSB would love to hear about this type of harassment and you as a regulated financial services provider should know better!!!<br> <br> So take my details off your system, check how many times I've called your agents and complained (all calls recorded that's what they say!!!)
MiWay will pay you R1000 if they can't beat your current premium - Ya Right. After over 40 minutes and being transferred 3 times they gave me a premium of more than R600 to what my current one is. In order to get the R1000 you need to send them proof of your current insurance (reflecting the breakdown and premium). I think you can guess what happens next, yip, they came back and matched it. So NO R1000 for me. Why must I change my insurance now, they should have beat it on their first attempt (dodgy crew this). I wont change for them - unethic bunch!!!!
