Sunsynk hardware products have not given any issues, the same cannot be said about the sunsynk connect software, absolute garbage. Dont expect ot to send you alerts , it does not, it does not even give the proper detail a lot of the time.

If you want probably the most usless bank then Standard Bank is it. They close access bond, when you questy, they say you need to have your details approved through FiCA, we told the jos was done, checked and confirmed was, the account would be available within 24 to 48 hours. That never happened and its not the first issue we have had with this rusless admin, acces to accounts etc.

Now they send a message that they will be adding a serve free for 24 months, then it reverts to being billed for. So now , I have to message no to a number at a cost. Disgusting , and a way to generate income at the client's inconvenience. When my contract is up, goodbye Vodacom.

They took money of my account even after I called and told them I had not taken the services they had added to my bill. My account is many years old and an amount was added to my latest statement . I called and they told me it was for a sports subscription, which I did not opt for. They still took the money of my account this morning. I am angry as this is dishonest, I want a full refund.
