I have bought a 8 kw sunsynk hybrid inverter 6 weeks ago. After 4 days it shut down with fault codes. The electrician came and remove it and took it back to the supplier he bought it from. After 6 weeks I still haven't received any feedback from sunsynk. Don't try to get information about your inverter on sunsynk customer service on app, it is better to communicate with a wall. They won't give you any information if you are not a registered supplier. I have bought this product, I have payed with my money for this defective product but they can't give me information about my inverter? Surely after 4 days sunsynk should have replaced the unit? The supplier contacted sunsynk and they only say it is on the bench and waiting for spares. Now we are sitting in the dark again but it is not sunsynk problem. I have been using the grid supply for 6 weeks now, who is going to refund me for use of eskom? Don't make the same mistake and waste your money on sunsynk just get a victron, at least they give their paying customers feedback and don't just ignore them.
