Customer feeback
How long are we supposed to wait for feedback on a unit sent in for quote / repairs? My unit was delivered on the 13 November 2025 and to date no feedback has been received. I have emailed requesting an update on the unit and asking how long it will still take to get an answer but no reply.2 replies
