I paid for my phone using the Float payment plan, worst mistake of my life, the option says I can pay off the phone in 4 equal installments instead they took the entire amount. I read their how it works, they were suppose to return some funds and they have not, I am canceling the entire order. Please don't use this Misleading service from a bunch of ****s, this whole payment system should be discontinued immediately .
I submitted my application for insurance last month unfortunately my phone got ****** and now they are refusing to pay claiming they did not receive my completed documents, worst service I've ever received

I logged a claim on the 23rd July 2022, today is the 25 August 2022 and I have still not assisted. My claim for a tire costing R1500 and the lady Bev always forgets things and does not give an update. Even the tire manufacture is not happy with her because she does not respond to emails and is extremely time consuming. I am driving with a tyre that has a bump while I pay for the cover.I am tired of having to buy airtime so I can follow up with Bev/King Price is is unacceptable.
Bought a Nokia 1.4 phone in the store returned it because it was overheating, could not connect to the network, battery is extremely slow charging, speaker does not work.They replaced it with a new one after I Struggled to prove that I did not mess with the phone .The new phone freezers , take forever to charge will be changing it tomorrow
I submitted a claim 2 weeks ago and no assessor has contacted me.I have been calling almost everyday but no one is helpful. Please change your company name to Clown insurance. I will be changing
Unisa is unorganized, denying me yo register saying I have outstanding documents, only to find the so called outstanding documents were submitted back when I registered. I mean how was I even accepted if I had missing documents. You all are a joke and all your phone lines go unanswered. I reject enrolling here.
Received a wonderful service from this lovely lady Mandy Manning. She is such a wonderful consultant and I can tell she really enjoys her job. I have never dealt with such a wonderful and patient consultant before. Happiness
