Great service
Lindiwe Daki was awesome, I wanted to cancel my policy and she alerted me to the various options and also firmly letting me know what my responsibilities are😁, she reviewed my policy and updated accordingly based on my current circumstances and this was quite positive, thanks for the discussion.

Really bad
Really bad, could not give me a price upfront, when he eventually get to the house, he drills the lock rendering it useless, charges a call out fee of 295 plus 2800 for drill the lock. He wanted the money paid immediately, invoice was sent from his WhatsApp, not on a letterhead and not from the company email. He wanted the money paid directly into his own account. I agreed to call out fee and wanted an assessment done first, he just did the job, I would not use them again or suggest anyone use them.
