To have a swimming pool is a huge investment ,so planning to have a swimming pool installed is very stressfull ,so we were looking for a professional swimm8ng pool installer and we decided to go with stewart the owner director ,upon meeting with he came forth as being very kind and humble ,his price was not exactly cheap but we trusted the fool ,I got my own people to dig the hole for the swimming pool ,and he was not too happy about this (red flag 1) so he started com8ng up with excuses as to why our pool was so delayed ,and in the same time pressure us to make payments full payment it's when his agreements stated each stage of the installation would require a payment t ,I however hold out on paying him the full balance as he brought things in bits and pieces ,(red flag2)he charged me for the heated pool supplies including the solar panels and that's where he started dragging his feet ,giving me reason upon reasons ,asking me to pay again to get the heating supplies and panels in order to install ,I told him I'm not gonna pay him until the panels and heater was delivered to my house ,he then came up with alot of nonsense talk and were heading to the heart of winter ,so I paid the money (rwd flag 3 ) and then I did not hear from him again up until now ,we are saving money again to finish the pool installations as we found out the shell is damaged ,the pump is not functioning properly ,so a very very man to deal with this stewart guy +27 67 665 3493 that is his contact details if anyone are thinking to contact him about a swimming pool ,he is a ****mer of note
I have published on helopeter my poor service I received from webuycars brackenfell ,till to date webuycars brackenfell has acknowledged the receive of the complaint ,but still.no.one at the branch has contacted or tried to contact me ,again this company luls people in buying messed up cars without even informing the client about it, and they charge premium prices for accident cars
I bought my first mercedes benz through webuy cars in brackenfell ,cape town ,the sales man by the name of luchien assisted me ,I was working abroad at the time ,and he assisted me with the sale ,however he made many promises ,like fixing all.the issues that was on the car ,he noted that the brakes of rhe car had to be replaced ,he neglected to.inform.me that there was no spare wheel and jack ,he neglected to tell.me that the car was involved in 3 previous accidents ,while I asked him ,and I informed him that the car would be driven by my wife as she is taking our children to school and their swimming classes ,when I collected the car he did not fix any of these issues mentioned ,when I asked him to assist me after the sales he blocked me on WhatsApp, I emailed their office that was supposed to assist with the car issues none of them assisted me ,luchien still told me to take the car to their credited workshop to get a quote ,and I waited almost 5 hours for webuycars to approve the payment of the workshop until now no one have contacted me ,even the accounts lady blocked my sms, whatsapps and emails ,I had to fork out most of the monet to fix the car ,whilst they charged me 289000r for the car ,I would suggest that when anyone go buy a car at webuycars brackenfell to take a machanic with to check the car before you buy ,I unfortunately worked abroad at the time and only saw these issues afterwards ,LUCHIEN is the worst salesman as he has no courtesy towards clients
I have taken out car insurance with Nedbank insurance,paying every month my premiums , except for one or ,2 months ,I have made a claim to the insurance for my car ,the answer Im getting is that my name is not on the system, they have told me to call various departments inside their company ,still no joy,so who is deducting my bank account every month ,and still Nedbank can't provide me with a solution,I wasted airtime after airtime trying to find answers but to no avail ,I'm hoping by me sharing my experience on this platform I'll get some answers or I will have to report to the ombudsman
good service from the word go 'to returning of the vehicle .I have rented three in 2 weeks 'just goes to show .I definitely recommend Woodford for quality cars and very good service

hi my name is nathan afrikaner ,I'm so disappointed at the lack of service and compassion from nedbank online consultants I ran into an issue at Kinshasa international airport, I had to draw cash from the atm I tried both times and the atm was offline ,I never got cash from the atm but the money was deducted from my account ,I contacted nedbank and spoke with 5 different consultants whereby 2 of them disconnected the call when they couldn't assist me ,I lost a total of R7000 , if it was FNB or ABSA the money would've been returned within 1 day of notice i explained that I'm working and living abroad and that i needed my money ,and the reply i got from nedbank.is that i have to wait 4 to 5 weeks for them.to investigate so why does FNB or ABSA can resolve the issue within 1 day and nedbank 4 to 5 weeks really unacceptable, and the lack of knowledge from their online team is terrible I'm now closing my account with Nedbank and looking at another bank that genuinely cares about their clients
