There was a policy that was open I didnt know about ,and I called to inform them ,thay ask for details cancell the policy and they paid back my money withi 3days

Where to find help because I need my money
This company managed to get thru to my information and debit money for policies I didnt apply for ,wuth beneficiaries I dont even know ,I had very difficult time to stop this debit as it was going thru persal and I didnt have any of their contact details .I managed to stop it after 5 yrs with the use of affidavit .Now I manage to get their contact details as I need my money back bt they keep asking for things and not returning my money
