Absolutely shocking customer service - poor business administration. We raised valid concerns & disputed their invoicing. They became rude, intimidating and verbally threatening. However, we paid the telephonically quoted amount and sent POP, and they still handed us over to debt collectors. Do not deal with Rhona or Karen. The Complete Care Group's business administration is incompetent. Beware. They are misleading.
Absolutely shocking customer service - poor poor poor business administration. As soon as you raise valid concerns around their invoicing tactics they become rude, verbally threatening and hand you over to debt collectors - even though you've paid! Rhona Solomon's business practices are crooked and her ethnics are completely questionable. I will never recommend their business.
