Small Business Accounting Services (aka HUGE MONEY SCAM)
What a disgrace for the accounting industry - Henta van Niekerk owner of SMALL BUSINESS ACCOUNTING SERVICES. When you are a small company starting out and go to a "professional" to assist you with all the financial and legal side of things - you put your trust and confidence in this "professional"- who claims that this is her PASSION. Last "retainer" invoice received was in February 2020. Then come July 2020 and we are being billed for March / April / May / June for services rendered. In July 2020 when we started questioning her about "work" done during this period - her response was that she will only do the work after the company has paid her what is due and she then immediately terminated her services with us. After a long battle to get hold of her (as she was not taking any of our calls and only responded via email threatening us with legal action - we finally paid her the money in September 2020 and only received the work a month later and incomplete. When we requested the login details for our SARS profile - she responded that we should sort it out with SARS ourselves. This woman is an absolute bully, utterly rude and know that when you get to deal with her all you will get is UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE.
