The Rates guy - will steal your money!
Bad Bad Experience - Was appointed by conveyancer to connect my electricity and water - I had to pay large deposit to them - it is now 18 months later and I still do not have electricity and water, and the Municipality has no record of the application or the payment of the deposit - and they have disappeared and are not responding to any of my enquires!!!!

Bad experience with dishonest conveyancers.
I had an extremely bad experience. They convinced me I should not have fallen for his) to sign the acceptance letter before everything was fixed, with the promise that the client needs the money to fix everything else - this never happened. It is now 18 month later and I still do not have electricity are water connections, and the agent which they appointed disappeared with my deposit money! Poor service, poor performance, no feedback, dishonest !!!!
