This business keeps on harassing me during working hours with their phone calls and messages. I have numerously told them that I am not the person they are looking for as my name is not Noellene and has never been and that they need to take my number off their books. I have even e-mailed them but they are still continuing to phone and send messages
This is one of the most trustworthy online stores that I have ever used. They deliver on time. When you are not happy with a product, they will fetch it at their own cost and refund the money into your take-a-lot account.
I have ordered a Tidee airfryer in October 2021 - received my confirmation e-mail on 23 October 2021. Up to date I haven't received anything. At first we were kept updated with promises that they were having trouble but that has now come to an end. Their website is now closed and my e-mails to the support team are bouncing back as undelivered.
I cannot even give them a rating as this does not allow you to give lower than one. I bought a tv online during lockdown, and has sent them my "proof of payment" - which was easy as they have a FNB account and my card worked through FNB at that stage. I was told that the tv will be delivered once lockdown has opened and then the waiting started. I then queried with no results. I then went to their branches at Tygervalley Mall and discussed it with them. They then said that they will query and get back to me........oh well, after visiting the branch about 3 times, I finally received a call from Incredible Connection to inform me that the money wasn't received in their account. It is now 6 months later. I still haven't received a refund on my R5000.00 or a tv!
